Diamond Painting

Diamond painting is a fun, easy-to-learn craft where tiny drills are placed onto a sticky canvas to create a sparkling design. It’s not traditional painting, but a relaxing mix of paint by numbers, cross stitch, and mosaic art.

The sizes shown on our website are approximate. Because each canvas goes through a production and drying process, slight variations can happen. The final size may vary by around 1–3 cm.

It really depends on the size of the canvas and your experience level. Smaller kits, like 30 × 30 cm (12 × 12 in), may take around 15+ hours, while larger kits, like 90 × 60 cm (35 × 24 in), can take 50+ hours or more. As you spend more time diamond painting, you’ll naturally get faster along the way.

We offer two diamond shapes: round and square.

Square diamonds are ideal for crafters who want a more complete, edge-to-edge look. Because they fit closely together, they create a fuller mosaic effect with very little canvas showing through. They do require a bit more precision, but the finished result looks beautifully detailed.

Round diamonds are a favorite for beginners because they’re easier and faster to pick up and place. They still create a bright, sparkling finish while making the overall crafting experience more relaxed and beginner-friendly.

Our canvas sizes are approximate and may vary slightly by 1–3 cm due to the production process. This small variation is normal and does not affect the quality or overall look of your finished diamond painting.

Diamond painting is a form of pixel art, so some designs may look more pixelated depending on the canvas size. Each diamond represents a single “pixel” in the image. When a design is printed on a smaller canvas, each diamond covers more space, which can make fine details look less defined.

For example, on a larger canvas, a small detail like a bird can be made up of more diamonds and more colors, creating a more realistic look. On a smaller canvas, that same detail may be simplified into just a few diamonds, which makes the finished design appear more pixelated.

At PuddingCase, we do our best to minimize pixelation whenever possible. For more detailed designs, we recommend choosing a larger canvas size for the best result. Smaller kits are often better suited to simpler artwork, which also makes them a great choice for beginners.

How Can I Track My Order?

To track your order, simply visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your tracking number in the designated field. You'll be able to see the latest updates on your shipment's progress.

  • Production Time: 2-4 business days
  • Due to a big order volume some customers might experience a delay of 2-3 days on their delivery. In case your order is affected you will be notified via email.
  • United States: 10-15 Business days

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully and enter the address in ENGLISH.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

  • In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays). 
  • Orders CANNOT be canceled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer. 
  • If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
  • Any change of address once the item has been shipped out, will not be entertained. So, please carefully enter your address and please make sure it is in ENGLISH.

Refund And Returns Policy

Overview

We understand that it can be difficult to get that perfect piece of gear the first time around. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will grant a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the return is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect.

Item(s) must be in new condition, not missing parts, tags, or instructions and in resalable condition. Items eligible to be returned must be post marked within 30 days of their receipt by buyer, or no later than 45 days after their initial shipment. We do not grant refunds or exchanges for discontinued, clearance, or closeout items except due to our error or an undisclosed defect.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@puddingcase.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
